Great stay, great vibe overall.

Wow! This property is truly a gem. From the moment you walk onto the property you quickly realize that the pristine attention to detail, the committment to top notch guest service and the transformation of this historic building have landed you in a little oasis in the coolest city. The location was perfection, walking/biking distance to everything you could need. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast in the room was beautiful and generous. The room itself was so special, we would love to go back and experience all of the other guest rooms! We would highly recommend to everyone and cannot wait to be back on our next trip through the city.

Excellent accommodations in the center of town.

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.

Staff was wonderful. Room was spacious with great air conditioning. Shower and bathroom were well lit and very nice. In-room bath tub was also great. 10/10 would recommend to any friends staying in the area. Our room was above the restaurant with a DJ one night, but the staff gave us a heads up and it was no issue. Location was super convenient to the metro and multiple trams.

Rooms are very small. More like a cruise ship cabin. The place is clean and parking is limited on site

We stayed three nights in that hotel. We were awaken up every morning with construction noises from the roof. The first time we thought it was a random thing we woke up startled it seemed like an earthquake we were not there to complain but to enjoy our time , and we didn’t complain , the next morning again the drilling woke us up @7:30 am , the third time happened and at that time we knew that is a problem and we recorded the noises. So it was our check out time so we approached the manager in a polite way and she admitted that this issue has been happening for a while and it is coming from the neighbouring building but I told her I paid $700 a night to relax and enjoy our sleep . So another manager (Arjan) interfered and he was senseless about what happened not admitting that it was disturbing thing to us as a guests and he kept insisting that we should’ve complained about it earlier but as I mentioned we we’re staying there three nights and we thought it was a one time thing but it was repetitive that’s when we raised our complaint. So please be aware of that issue and put your money where it deserves to be to enjoy your time and your money.
