Exceeded my expectations!

Excellent service by all the members of staff, the breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The food was amazing, we cannot wait to come back to this island again

The staff was wonderful, the meals were delicious. We stayed in the studio bungalow which was very nice and relaxing

First room stank of mold. Was moved to a better room. No Wifi for majority of stay. Pool needs maintenance and painting, looks run down. Beach was full of trash. Wouldn’t take much to put more effort into cleaning up all the plastic that’s washed ashore. Staff were generally very friendly and kind. Good massage at the spa, but spa amenities also a bit rundown.

Fantastic family friendly hotel. Kids especially loved the water slide and buffet.

We had such an amazing stay here! The staff are all incredible and so friendly, and the resort helped set up scuba diving, jet skiing, island hopping and more. Had the hardest time leaving and wouldn’t change a thing about our stay!

Nanuku was a beautiful resort. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their amenities and activities were very nice and enjoyable. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the food. My husband and I did not particularly like any of the food we had eaten. Everything had the same overall taste.. not sure if they use the same seasoning in each dish.. but the food we had in Fiji in a different resort the previous week was by far better with no comparison. I would say Nanuku’s kitchen cooking crew needs to be completely updated. Their menu items have potential, but the actual food flavor is memorably not satisfactory. Waitresses were very kind.

The idyllic island and sandy beach, cheerful staff, relaxing and well appointed accommodations, opportunities for activities and merry-making, and delicious food all make this an exceptional getaway.

The staff was especially helpful with our late flight. Surprise entertainment at pool and atmosphere. Would have given even higher marks if renovation was finished!
