Great location- near shops, train station, restaurants. This was my second time booking here. I would come again.

Our room was spacious enough for three adults. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A very well kept hotel for a pleasant stay.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Baur au Lac was exceptional as always. Staff greet you by name and truly go above and beyond by. Location is second to none!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Zurich !

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was not worth that much honestly, Most importantly, the front desk staff were wonderful , Haida was very knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful.The location was very convenient and accessible to everything, especially the to the downtown and. Subway main one , but when you get of the subway, because the street is under the construction you are getting lots for first time. Vet nice to ancc to the coffee 24 hours a day. Oh I have to tell I was in one bedroom with 3 beds in new building just off the main road! When our flight was canceled and Rome was already booked for next day , staff was nice and booked other room but in different building ( which is older ) I am thankful for that Which saved us to not move out from that street to somewhere else but that old building our room was extremely small and uncomfortable,( it was just ok for one night) . Highly recommend staying on new building .

Great location in Main Street Bahnhofstrasse for all shops and 20 mins to the lake and old town and 2 mins from train station. Value for money.
