Breakfast choice brilliant. Evening meal basic. Room clean and functional but without room service at this time due to national staff strike action.

It was a good stay overall. The room was nice and it was quiet. No functioning air and the windows barely opened so it was hot at night and that wasn’t ideal. The bathroom is tiny as were the shower towels. The breakfast is great! So some positives and negatives. It’s also in a great location!

The staff made us feel like family. Rosa, Hilde, Amalie, and Souad were always available and helpful when needed. The breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee refills and the omelets. The hotel facilities were very clean and the lobby was a comfortable place to sit and have a coffee, tea or drink depending on what we felt like. We cannot wait to return.

Staff was friendly and polite. The strike by hotel workers has impacted the service the hotel provided. Room was clean but small. The one issue we had was the smell of aircraft exhaust in the room and hallways whenever a jet was leaving the gates on that side of the terminal.

Food was limited because of the hotel strike. Breakfast was served and was good

Very convenient to whooping and attractions. Easy automated check-in, check-out.
