We prepaid as booked through Hotels.com. Then charged a further two times!!! First one refunded on check out then 5 days later they charged us again. Hotel is good but nothing amazing and would have expected more from just a popular hotel. I’m really disappointed with the whole experience and feel quite let down. Took our friends to London for a surprise

9/10 Wonderful! (1,010 reviews)
Exceptionally new bathroom fittings … room felt very carefully furnished and thoughtfully designed. I had a small window which was nice. Staff very genuinely helpful and kind. Reception and all communal areas were fresh and clean. This hotel exceeded my expectations.
