Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

We stayed for two nights Staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough to make our stay great Room was lovely, A/C worked well and breakfast was very good, lots of choices For us living in a bungalow, the steep narrow staircases to the rooms were a bit tricky. Specially on the down with a suitcase

The people at the check-in are professional but quite cold whereas the men waiting in the lobby are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our room, number 19 in the basement was freezing cold, we just shut it off. Why is the A/C so cold ? It costs money, it is bad for the planet and I had a headache ?

Victory House is very well located, right in Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the square. The area is always lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and the Tube station is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. We arrived early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good AC for summer time :) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Victory House for its excellent location and friendly service.

Elegant, clean room w/big soaking tub. One fault: small queen sized bed. We kept bumping into each other. The room is large, so they’d fit a king easily. This is not an inexpensive hotel; I would’ve expected a more comfortable bed. But location is fabulous and staff is helpful. They have a restaurant, but I’d use it only in a pinch. They do have a fabulous “English Tea” between 12 - 3. Reservations for that is a must. Make one when you check in. It’s a fun experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Beaumont in London. This is what I would consider a true five star hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, elegant, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done. What really stood out to me was the service. The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived and consistently went above and beyond throughout my stay. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely made you feel taken care of. I travel frequently and stay at a lot of luxury hotels, and The Beaumont truly delivers the level of service and quality you expect from a 5 star property. The location in Mayfair is also perfect. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, exceptional service, and an overall wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My room was clean. Unfortunately, hearing another guest complaining about a cockroach in her bed was concerning. Staff could have been a little more friendly. We appreciated the bellman for assisting with bags etc. offer of water at check in was great.
