Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Our driver in the morning asked for €30,00 but the hotel booking and emails from the hotel clearly stated it was €25,00. The room was warm and the air conditioner unit didn’t work efficiently. But the bed was comfortable and I actually slept well. Would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles. The room could use some upgrades and some thorough dusting. Also the lighting was quite dim throughout. Too dim for my aging eyes.

Great location, staff and price. Was a nice quiet stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Elizabeth Hotel from September 17th -22nd. This was my first trip to Rome, so I was looking for an incredible experience in the heart of the city. The hotel was everything I wanted plus more. It is located a short 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Popolo, the starting point of our two tours to Pompeii and Tuscany. The hotel is located on a side street, so we heard none of the neighborhood activity after a long day exploring the city. From the moment the doorman opened the door for upon arrival until he loaded our luggage into our car for the return trip to the airport, everything at the hotel was excellent. Our "suite" had a nice size living room with a fridge to store cold beverages. The bedroom was roomy a very comfortable king bed. The bath room was spacious and very modern. Breakfast (included) was served either inside or on a rooftop patio and offered a wide variety of delicious food. The French Toast was outstanding as was the homemade granola with yogurt and fruit. The floor plan itself was intriguing as we discovered nooks and alcoves at every turn. The library offered a quiet place to relax. The staff at the hotel was superb with friendly smiles greeting us at every encounter. Special mention to Thomas and Julianna at the front desk for their extraordinary help with restaurant and gelato recommendations, and their willingness to jump on the phone to help (in rapid fire Italian) with any snafus in our travel plans. They were outstanding.

What a sweet stop for a quick overnight at the Fumicino Airport. The service was excellent, with the staff making me a coffee at 3:45am before my airport taxi pick up. My room was perfectly clean with nice linens. The neighborhood was tidy and safe.

Buena ubicación muy cerca de muchas zonas turísticas, desayuno buffete muy bueno, el personal es muy amable y la mayoría sabe español también.

The hotel location is exceptional. The facilities feel dated and the level of service I was expecting for a property of this price was just not there.
