The Shilla Jeju is a truly excellent hotel, but what impressed me most wasn’t the design or the facilities it was the staff. Every single team member was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way that went well beyond what I’d expect. I travel often to Europe and the US and have stayed at many hotels along the way, but honestly the service here was better than anything I’ve experienced at hotels in either region. The management really should look after these people they absolutely deserve a raise. Hotels like this are only as good as the team running them, and Shilla Jeju has clearly got something special. Would happily return.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets. The buffet selections were excellent with amazing options for everyone. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. From the front desk and concierge to housekeeping, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and attentive. One of our favorite features was the Record listening area, which was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. We also loved the easy walking access to nearby restaurants and the 7-Eleven, which added extra convenience to our stay. Overall, the Lotte Jeju Hotel provided a luxury experience with exceptional service, beautiful views, and outstanding amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.
