My room’s heat is not working, the temperature in my room is really cold!

No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to request from front desk. A/C isn't cold in one of the room.

Very friendly staff, well kept property located a short walk from Taipei 101.

Room is good but the light control is somehow weird, it turned on all of the lights automatically by three times.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was very spacious. It's a Japanese style hotel with an awesome Onsen. Men and women are separate. Only issue was they required a swimming cap to enter and use the pool. Considering we only wanted to lounge around and dip only, not swim, we decided to pass on purchasing a cap. Hotel itself is not convenient to the central parts of Taipei so we took a lot of taxis. But the area is very quiet and nice.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful! The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable!
