My room was in another building. They just leave a small note at the main door which need us to check in at another bigger building which is 350 meters away. Fortunately my driver help me to make a call, then the boss come and passed the key to us. Otherwise, we need to drag my 2 big luggage bags all the way there for check in. And the toilet was stuck after we used it. But they repaired it immediately after we complaint.

Great water jet stream hot tub

Booked the water jet stream hot tub / massage chair room and was surprise to know that our room is situated at their second building which was like 7mins walk along the same road at the start of Bei Bin park. Water jet stream hot tub and massage chair is great but the hot water pressure for the shower head gets very weak. The room was spacious, bed is soft and has a small balcony where you can see a smaller range of the sea from the bei bin park. Breakfast variety is low and is pretty average taste which doesn't make us feel the worth to walk back to the main building to eat. Would prefer to cab to the main part of the city to eat at other breakfast place. 1 min walk to the bei bin park where you can see the rocky beach and sea but a longer 12mins walk to dong da meng night market. overall feels satisfied with the room as it was a very relaxing and peaceful stay for us.

Nice hotel next to beach. It is also located very near to Hualien only night market, just 5 min walk away. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious. About 10 min by taxi to train station. Good WiFi.

It's a residence house with license to run as "hotel" but it is not a hotel. Worst of all, didn't sleep well due to bed bugs!! Not sure if they change bedsheet at all...

Quaint and homey hotel

Close to the night market, a glimpse of the sea if you stay on the higher floor. Really enjoyed the Breakfast with a lot of vegetables! Nice and friendly staff that makes you feel at home.

Live like a local

The staff at the hotel (I’m not sure if they’re also the owners) were excellent. Right from the start you feel like you’ve known them for very long. They treat you as though you’re family. Although interaction was very minimal (we were out most of the time), they made our time spent at Hualien very memorable. Home cooked breakfast was awesome! Not to mention the location was a short walk to the night market so don’t worry about dinner options!
