Was allotted a room next to noisy cleaning / maintenance room noise was later in night and early morning. Later morning again complained but most of the staff did not understand a single word of English, however room was changed but we had to go through hassle of packing and unpacking. Front of the desk said a manager will contact via phone / WhatsApp/ email but so far nothing has happened….
All in all never going back to stay in that hotel again…

Location perfect for most of the tourist spots , room small but comfortable and the balcony is an added bonus and staff were very courteous and helpful, allowing us to check in early .
