The room is poor and lacking basic facilities e.g. No English breakfast tea, milk, the room temperature was warm and I couldn’t regulate it to cool enough to match the weather outside, the small refrigerator was not functioning, the tv channels are mainly in French which is great but the Netflix should be available for use in English language.
Overall despite the location and ambience of the hotel, it lacked the features that would make it a 4 -star hotel. I’m quite disappointed with the overall standard.

What stood out most was the cleanliness of the room and the professionalism of the staff. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and every staff interaction was pleasant and helpful. The amenities were convenient and well kept, making the stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
