helpful staff. Rooms are quirky and the water closet too tight and light shuts off. Shower gets everything wet. Decor nice, great location. Lots of steps, no food.

10/10 — would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plus multiple metro stops and train stations nearby. The room itself was beautiful, and the staff were truly exceptional. We traveled with three young kids, and while it’s an upscale boutique hotel, it was still incredibly family-friendly. Our kids had a fantastic time. We also arrived early, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us by letting us use another room for a few hours so the kids could shower and nap. That level of kindness and flexibility made a huge difference. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the staff — they made our stay unforgettable.

Lovely room, though view was of a wall. Breakfast buffet and staff were super. However scrambled eggs and omelette were not nice - get poached or fried!

We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. After returning to our room one evening, we found that the towels we had placed on the floor to be replaced had been rehung on the rack. When we contacted the front desk, we were told no staff were available to provide fresh towels. The offered solution, complimentary breakfast, was not useful since this was our final night. We had also requested a city view room but were assigned one facing an interior courtyard. We were told this was an upgrade, though it did not reflect that in either view or features. Additionally, the name displayed on the in-room television was incorrect, and the toilet seat had a visible crack. These details did not meet expectations for a five-star property. There were some positives. The concierge team was helpful and polite, and we appreciated the welcome bottle of champagne at check-in. Overall, the experience fell short of the standard we expected. We hope this feedback helps both future guests and the hotel in improving consistency and attention to detail.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is quite dark particularly at night. The 4 lamps/light fixtures must have 20 watt bulbs in place. The room temperature can only be adjusted from the front desk and the thermostat in the room does not control anything. The breakfast is adequate, but a better value is to eat at neighboring hotels or a bakery

Great hotel, location, staff, and is our go to for every time we are in Paris.

Wonderful hotel…well run with terrific amenities.
