Breakfast plentiful variety and delicious. In room hot water pot not working. Towels were not very clean. NO shuttle avaliable as stated.

Lovely all round, obviously an old building but they do the most with it. Awesome location, good value. But .. breakfast needs some work. Soup broth inedible - much, much too salty - perhaps made with powder and way too much of it. Such a pity, the choice of other soup ingredients was very good. NZ butter rancid, packets oily, so repeated on me during the day. But nice bread and honey!

The building is older, and not fancy. But well kept. Great location and great staf. Had a wonderfull stay.

Great room, but impossible to sleep. The room is well maintained, and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the biggest issue is the noise from 2 key sources: 1. Door bang loudly each time someone leave or enter their room. There were so many instances throughout the night till morning, which woke me up. 2. Each time the room aircon turns on (after activated by the thermostat), there is a loud noise coming from the activation. So there was hardly peace during bed time. I was woken up so many times, and I can remember them. Pls look into these matters.
