Overall, the hotel was in a great location, public spaces well maintained, had a nice atmosphere and staff were very helpful. The reason we didn't give the hotel a better rating was that there were lots of small things that were overlooked, that can make staying in a hotel a pleasure. Messy internet issues that made it impossible to contact the front desk for simple request- view the menu in the bar/restaurant or get hotel information such as internet codes or where the ice machines were located. In the bathrooms there was no floor mat at the shower entrance (slip hazard), toilet paper that was so thin it would disintegrate upon handling, soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers braced to the wall with tiny pumps that a guest has to wrestle with in order to receive one drop at a time. No hand soap at the sink. Flimsy paper water cups. It felt as if they took great care with the "look" of everything but "Cheaped Out" with the things that actually can make a difference with your stay. Honestly, I wouldn't go back...it was that "annoying".

I was charged a $300 resort fee when I arrived. My stay was 3 days… that’s $100 a day for WiFi access and Citi bikes

Great place

Not bad for one night! Very friendly and helpful staff. The downstairs transformed into a nightclub at night and was pretty noisy around 2am. Thermostat was easy to use. Convenient check out time at noon.
