Nice lodge and fantastic staff. I must have booked us into the house across the street which was a slightly different experience and our particular room was very lacking in terms of amenities, size, and washroom standards.

The best service at a hotel I have EVER experienced. I can’t imagine going back to Edinburgh and staying anywhere else. Location was amazing and the staff and service was next level. We had our 6 month old with us and they included so many amenities (baby bath, baby toiletries, bottle warmer and sterilizer, and more), truly made me feel at ease. Worth the splurge.

Very dated overall but just about clean enough, but our bathroom was very old, dated, mouldy tiles and silicone around bath has come away and mouldy. The shower attachment was broken and when reported was partcially fixed with tape. Rusty bin and chrome fittings. No where in bathroom to hang towels.
Good location and very quiet were the main plus
