Outer Boroughs Luxury Vacations

Great location in a safe area with lots of shops/restaurants around. I could see the Statue of Liberty way off in the distance out my room window. The gym is great. The windows actually open and overlook the street and park.

Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost

Very Poor customer service, 3rd floor Smells, ? Old/dirty carpets, Microwave not safe for use by guests, Front Desk takes forever to answer calls, ataffs not helpful at all. requests from Housekeeping also takes hours and/or never comes. Bath tubs Non-working. Pool too small & is shared by next door hotel guests. Staffs on Amenities Not helpful as well. This hotel is a Waste of money in general. First time to experience all these in a Hilton group of hotels.

Very easy to reserve and the staff is very welcoming! Cheryl in the bar/restaurant was so kind and friendly. We had a very early pickup which was before the restaurant opened; could have had coffee available to the guest who had to leave early. The free transportation each way is a plus and very nice drivers!
