Upon our arrival, the key card system was malfunctioning and the guests were just standing there. Despite that issue, I must admit Jessica was professional and courteous. After that we were very disappointed with room service and our room not being serviced after being out from 12 pm to 10:30 pm. Our breakfast food came to the room in a paper bag and was subpar. We paid over $60 for breakfast and the items did not match the description in the menu. We called for fresh towels to shower after being out all day as our room was not cleaned and we did not have towels. It took 2 hours to get to our room. When they did bring the towels they dropped them off in a bag in front of our door. We’ve stayed at Marriotts at other locations and never had such a poor experience. This will be our last at Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

We enjoyed our stay! Great area and walking distance from plenty of great food and attractions!

This is the first time I stayed at a hotel where the rooms did not come with a mini fridge. For a hotel that is on the higher end I would think a fridge would come included with the rooms… otherwise it’s a nice hotel.

Everything was amazing and the staff was great!

Property is very clean, staff is very friendly, we staying in a balcony room and enjoyed the view, wish there was some patio seating but we made it work.

Decent to stay at! Hotel was old and some of the things did not work.
