Pros: excellent front desk service. Very clean. Excellent location comfortable beds
Cons:Maintenance problems everywhere. Had to move to a new room to find a bathtub that was functional. Breakfast was average.. missing fresh fruit and mackerel which is standard in most Norwegian hotels. Lack of attention to detail with food resulted in raw eggs instead of soft cooked and uncooked oatmeal.Had problems with coffee machine and toaster where guests were waiting in line. We opted to go out to dinner instead of eat dinner offered at hotel because poor quality food.

Tv was not working and no tech to fix it over the weekend. 1 staff member helpful with problem solving. Another not. Day staff on Saturday very helpful.
