The property looks beautiful outside, but requires some upkeep. The breakfast is really good and has a lot of options for everyone. The room was nice, but the pull out bed is very uncomfortable.

Excellent room, very clean. Excellent breakfast (loved the bacon!). We asked for a later checkout and the staff at reception very helpfully facilitated this. Safe underground car park. Can’t fault it

It’s not a 4 star hotel any more as it’s old and not much updated so it feels like from the 90s . However a very good location for restaurants and shopping and nice staff so it’s ok.

We stayed here for close proximity to lake Como and it was a great choice. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great swim. We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. Just a great hotel overall. We visited the Alfa Romeo museum just a few minutes away which is highly recommended. You will need a car for this hotel and should not expect that it’s all that close to Milan city. We were very planful in determining location knowing this was a great option with a beautiful pool near lake Como versus staying in Como itself (which is very expensive). Do your research and you won’t be disappointed. Would happily return to this hotel any time. It is awesome

They organized a number of special tours for us and ensured everything ran flawlessly. Thanks to their dedication, we had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives.

Great lobby, wonderful room, excellent breakfast, quiet, view was fantastic. Housekeeping was weak point.

I truly enjoyed my stay - from staff to amenities . I want to come back! Please note that it is a small town so finding lots of restaurants open late will be hard and using Uber to go to the airport (or anywhere) will be nearly impossible. Ask front desk for planning and assistance with this.

What a wonderful experience! The Residenza dell’Opera is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Very safe, helpful and very friendly staff, clean, spacious and a terrific location in Turin. Which is the hidden gem of Italy for those who haven’t been. I will be going back to stay and I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who is traveling to Northern Italy. Just fabulous!

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Suite was beautiful and modern. We stayed in an upper level room with sloped ceilings, exposed wood beams and dormer windows; very unique and spacious. Loved having a kitchenette for quick meals but in close proximity to good restaurant options. Easy walking to waterfront promenade and historical areas.
