This was a very clean property from all the public spaces to the guest rooms. The staff were first class with their smiles and willingness to assist guests at any time. The only thing I would suggest is to turn down the frequency and amount of scent used in the scent machine. It was quite strong for those who are sensitive to scent. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near to Sendai Station. The amenities provided for guests to take was excellent! The relaxation stickers were especially appreciated after a tiring day of walking. They helped relief tired muscles. A variety of bath salts as well facial products (lotions & face masks) were generously provided. There was also a free coffee machine service in the lobby. Rooms were spacious.

Clean room & comfy beds. Close to train station & there is 7eleven next door

Everything about this property was excellent! If you stay here, definitely get breakfast - it is delicious. The rooms are comfortable, as are the beds. I loved the privacy, comfort abd security of the large women-only bath. And the rooms are so clean!

The hotel is close to the train station and is very clean

Very near to Sendai station, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and spaciously sized room. Especially, the staff at the front desk was very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend!
