Great service upon checking in and absolutely spotless room. The room was slightly dated, but still very pleasant stay.

Clean, spacious room. Great view of Hiroshima Castle. Great price. Toshio (spelling?), the bartender in Columbia Bar, provided good services and recommended to try onokomiyaki and places to check out on Miyajama.

Although the room is outdated, it is spacious and clean, staff is friendly , professional and perfect. I could not find my Jr pass after I checked out, went back to the front desk asked for help, the lady helped me to go up to the room while the service lady was being clean up. She pulled out all the garbage to check. Although still could not find the pass,I was so appreciated their service and help, very professional! The only reason not giving full marks was the amenities not much enough, other hotel even small business hotel would provide the moisture lotion/cream, this hotel did not.

Absolutely beautiful place, gave me everything I needed in my holiday in Japan have recommend it to everyone I know, it is a beautiful place and location.
