I love everything about this property. The staff was friendly and great. The room amazing and also the lobby and I love that smell in the lobby.

Rooms were good, but had small marks scuffs and signs of lower quality workmanship. However its right in the centre so you are near tourism spots, the main avenue for food and shopping. The hotel is adjacent to the metro to sofia airport.
And the vibe at the hotel is old soviet mixed with modern luxury. Its an absolutr bargain for the price as you get lots of towels, bathrobe, safe and room service.
Main down side is the service from the staff, bur if you are patient and in no rush and are friendly, the same respect will be given in return.
