Lovely welcome from the staff, very comfy bed, good shower (we didn't have hot water to begin with but the issue was sorted in about 15 mins) good bar meal and the happy hour cocktails were amazing! Good location between Hammersmith and Barons Court tube station, for getting into central London or Heathrow.
