My husband and I had such a wonderful stay & what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their warmth, attentiveness & genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. ❤️ Rozel - was absolutely amazing! She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or inquiries, making everything smooth & stress-free. ☕🍹 Marty - made our mornings and relaxing moments extra special, from our coffee and tea to our beverages and cocktails. His service was consistently impeccable! 📸👑 Marl, my hype queen - She was always cheering us on, bringing such amazing energy & taking the most BANGING photos & videos of my husband & me! She made us feel like celebrities & helped us capture beautiful memories we will cherish forever! 🧳 Roy - made sure our luggage and belongings were taken care of from the moment we arrived on the island until our departure... and the entire team consistently kept our room tidy and ensured we always had water. It's the little details, the genuine smiles & the extra effort that make all the difference. Village Resort is lucky to have such an outstanding team! Leaving was bittersweet because we genuinely miss everyone already! This wasn't just a wonderful resort stay; it was an experience filled with beautiful memories & people who made us feel at home. j'ai beaucoup apprécié la discrétion des gens qui vivent à cet endroit à l'écart du monde dans ce village situé en pleine nature entre la jungle et la mer de Chine. Le beauté du site rend le séjour difficile à quitter. Je ne recherche pas les 5 étoiles avec groom dans l'ascenseur et roome service 24/7, mais le calme et la sincérité. Il faut penser à prendre des bouteilles d'eau car l'eau vient de sources locales et notre organisme n'est pas habitué.

I am please that they know their guest name to welcome as soon as they enter the lobby. I appreciate the coconut leaf lei, love the welcoming song, it does feel like second home. Most of all the farewell song, The staff still waving as the motor boat departed. It makes u feel coming back again. We are thankful for the anniversary greetings in the bed with wine and fruits inside the water villa. The tour guide were very helpful making sure I am safe and comfortable in the water because I am not a swimmer. I appreciate the guide helping in the cave and taking photos. We anre anlso grateful for the doctor on duty be because in the last day, we got sick having diarrhea and vomiting. The first aide electrolytes really helps. Everything is excellent. We had a good time and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff.
