The hotel has a simple and quiet. We were there over the Christmas Holiday which was perfect. Well located and the staff was exceptional. From the greeting and efficiency upon our arrival, to their help throughout and all with a kind smile. We would highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we did not get to the spa. Vienna is awesome

Staff was great, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Rooms were amazing. Very spacious and well designed. A sauna was inside the room which was very unique. Next to a grocery store which was convenient. Closet was dark and could use a light. Overall I highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with welcoming friendly staff. The hotel has historical interests and displays many antiques of the time throughout. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was self service with plenty of selections available.
The hotel is placed really well for all that beautiful Vienna has to offer.
