Perfect for a short layover! I was only here for a few hours, but the hotel had everything I needed. The airport shuttle was convenient, and the staff were helpful. Recommended for travelers in transit.

Second tie staying here on business, and it’s always great. In a lovely area away from the business of Amsterdam. Easy links to AMS via train, train station v close to hotel. Both times my colleague and I have checked in very late because of flight times and it’s never been a problem. If you stay here, do try out the local cafe ‘Lagom’, it’s great!

It’s a bit of a stretch to call this a spa hotel. The spa area is in a basement downstairs and is a bit dingy. There are no fluffy robes or slippers in the room - you have to pay extra for those. The shower pressure in our room was terrible. The breakfast buffet was almost empty by the time we came down at 9am. We had to ask for some of the food to be replaced so we could eat. It was very messy / untidy. While scrambled eggs and bacon was available in the buffet on the Friday, the bacon wasn’t kept topped up, there were only a few pieces left at 9am and no more came. On the Saturday, there was no bacon at all. The food that was there was good- but it’s a shame that they don’t keep the foods replenished and the general area tidy for guests. All in all the hotel is nice enough, but don’t expect luxury and definitely don’t expect ‘spa’. It’s overpriced because of this in my opinion.
