Had a very rude employee try to refuse to bring one extra pillow (we only had one each person to start) even after explaining I have medical problems & need to sleep sitting up. He was extremely rude & after finally agreeing to bring one up, he condescendingly brought up 3. I asked for ONE, I still can’t believe the way he treated us. He tried saying if every customer wanted TEN extra pillows they wouldn’t have any, again I asked for ONE MORE! There also are no phones in the rooms to call for anything at all, we were on the 13th floor so had to go down anytime we needed toilet paper or tissues or anything. It was very hot & there is no AC & windows do not open.

Sunday afternoon jazz in the lobby, bikes to borrow, beautiful room overlooking canal, comfortable bedding, super helpful staff for any questions, perfect location.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was comfortable but the location was unacceptable. We had a first floor room that opened to a courtyard where bikes were stored. Our checkout experience was also unacceptable. Despite paying ahead of time they attempted to charge us again for the room and at a different rate.

Overall good experience. Check in and check out was a little slow. Staff for the valet and helping with bags were polite and professional. Overall clean and good location. Free ice cream was a nice touch

Staff were very helpful, location was great. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The only issue was the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Really nice place but their policies are whacked. Just a little too strict about things like, you can’t have your phone with you swimming in the pool — what you have wear by pool. You’re staying in the hotel but you have to reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Party of 8 for dinner and they give you a preset menu for $109 per person minimum even for 10 year old kids. Not impressed. Drink menu is was ok! Beautiful views, great rooms, nice staff.

Amazing hotel very central and friendly staff

Whatever I say about this property wouldn't suffice. I looked hard for a negative and couldn't find one thing lacking. We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! Comfortable, convenient, fantastic staff, drop dead gorgeous property, excellent amenities. Yes, it's heavy on the tab, but you feel like it worth every $ you spend. We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a nice way to treat ourselves before the long flight home. A special mention to the comfiest beds which just envelopes you leaving you refreshed for the next day. My family thoroughly enjoyed the amenities which includes a steam room and a sauna. Didn't have time to use their spa treatments, but we will repeat if we are ever in this part of the town.
