The staff could be more friendly, my son is a professional pianist, when he asked if he can play the piano in the lobby, he didn’t give us a nice response and was trying to limit him, so he eventually didn’t play at all.
Also the swimming pool was not clean in terms of the germs on the walls. I took a few photos and showed them to the reception person. I’m happy to send the photos to you if it’s needed.

Front desk staff placed many others in rooms ahead of us in spite of early checkin on the reservation. House keeping missed cleaning my room one day, and poorly cleaned it on another day. The concierge and bellman were very accommodating. I would not stay here again.

A very cool hotel in a great location, right on the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room, AMAZING gym, great bar, cafe and restaurant. Sadly we didn’t have time to experience the spa but it looked lovely! We would definitely stay again :).
