The location of this hotel is very good although finding the door was not straightforward. The GPS will lead you to the back of the hotel near a restaurant. You must walk through an alley to get to the front door which has stairs, no elevator to the lobby. The rooms are old and need an update. The staff at the desk were very nice and friendly. It was fine for a short,busy weekend in Venice,but not my first choice.

Second time staying at NH Venezia. Cannot beat this location. It’s a two minute walk from the train station which is also a hub for the water taxis. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the staff very courteous.

Fantastic quiet location, just off a busy street with lots of places to eat near by. Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable room and amazing hall where we had breakfast. Recommended and would return.

Great location, great service, delicious and expansive breakfast offerings. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. Attentive, kind staff.

Stayed at the Colombia Hotel for Venice Carnivale and the location was just perfect. Within minutes of San Marco along a straightforward path and to the key spots for photographing masks. The hotel arranged a private water taxi which was convenient though a bit steep (a nearby hotel was 10EU cheaper which helps). Breakfast staff were always attentive and pleasant. Breakfast options were varied with plenty of fruit. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Well worth a consideration and a return visit.

Everything was nice but this hotel is not accessible stairs and no life and wheel chair lift not working. No on duty bell boy except daytime. This information should be disclosed , if it had been I would have stayed somewhere else
