Location was great. Right on the beach. Staff was great. Getting there a challenge. Book someone to assist you. This is a family hotel. Not the best for singles or younger people. Lots of kids. Only 3 pool loungers but covered in families with lots of young kids. Morning buffet not great but gives you something to start the day. The room I booked wasn’t available the day I arrived so was put in a different room. They didn’t inform me- just wrote it on the paperwork they asked me to sign. I had to bring it up. So I had to change rooms on the 2nd day. But it still wasn’t ready after 3pm. They did allow a late checkout on my last day to compensate which I really appreciated.

Safety is too notch, great food, kind and genuine staff, very clean property. It was worth every penny.

I love the breakfast buffet. I eat there really early . The staffs are friendly. The foods in the restaurant is delicious and much cheaper from outside and it’s not crowded there. Love my spacious room and they give you clean sealed purified water . Enjoyed everyday I was there.

We had a wonderful family stay! The location was excellent—just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the nightly music, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere each evening. The location was excellent—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, local eateries, shopping, bars, and nightclubs, making it the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This is a five star stellar resort. Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! Highly recommended and plan to return!

The ambience that I’m looking for as it has really a beach vibes. The building structure is unique and it felt really like you’re on a beach vacation compared to some hotels. Yes, breakfast has a different menu everyday when we stayed there for 4 days which we really enjoyed. Ala carte has a great taste and the price is worth it.

Great beachfront location 100% for sure. The “ Seaview” rooms are a long walk from the elevator so that from the beach you would be using stairs to get back to your room. Rooms are large with nice comfortable beds and well supplied. At the end of station 1, the location is quiet and peaceful yet still just 8 minutes walk on the beach to get to the DMall area.

Everything about Pinnacle Boracay is excellent from the staff, pool, bar, location. I would certainly stay again if I am ever in Boracay again.

The villa was clean, safe and well managed. The hospitality was great and the staff were polite and helpful. However the location was a little far from the stations (10-15 min on E-tricycle) but was a massive issue. Overall highly recommend.

Great location, staff very helpful, rooms clean and air condition worked great eat breakfast ( that was really good ) overlooking the beach, the boat dock for island hopping and snorkeling was right at the hotel when returning probably will choose this hotel again
