Our room (the senior suite) was really spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. They let us store our suitcase upon checkout and booked us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could want from hot food, cereals, meats, cheeses, yogurt, toast and pastries. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing in Prague and there were numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk. The bath robes and slippers were a lovely touch and there were plenty of fresh towels, coffee and tea replenished daily. I would definitely stay here again if I visited beautiful Prague!

The staff was very helpful and took our bags to our room. Although there were renovations to the bar area, we could still get drinks in the lobby, which was beautiful. Everything is decorated in a French style with a piano and large lobby area with seating on both sides. They arranged car advices for us for 3 different trips. The location is also perfect to old town and the parlance and shopping. We’ve stayed in Prague before and this was the best hotel. Excellent!

The garden itself offered one of the best views of the city, making it a truly special spot to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast, enjoyed in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. I also really appreciated the artwork throughout the hotel—it added a unique and charming touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
