The rooms are beautiful. However, the check in process didn’t give “vacation vibes”. You’re definitely checking into an apartment so no special experience upon check in, but the property itself is lovely & most places I wanted to go were 15 mins or less on an uber ride away.

Professional and polite staff. Very beautifully maintained property. Convenient bar and restaurant on site excellent food, drinks and service. Great location, close to shopping, dining. Walkable location.

Great location to be. Very close even for walking to destinations if you'd like. The Royal Palace is within walking distance. The Templo de Debod is nearby too. You should check it out for the sunset on your first nights stay. Otherwise, the breakfast in the morning was great. The service staff were very kind and helpful for recommendations of places to eat. The room was spacious, bathroom had a tub with shampoo, body wash, soap and such. Blacked out curtains. I would stay here again if I'm back in Madrid!
