Very impressed overall with the property and especially the staff. Everywhere you go you will always be greeted by someone with a smile . The villas are absolutely gorgeous and we would highly recommend staying at one if you can . This has been our first time traveling to Bali and it will not be our last. Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back. For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

The resort was very clean and well maintained. A serene environment. Beautiful room and private peaceful pool. The sounds of the waterfalls and birds truly kept me grounded. The staff was exceptional from even before I arrived communication was so great. They were beyond kind and accommodating. I cannot wait to return.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Ubud! The resort was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The floating breakfast and deep tissue massage are a must! I spent my 26th birthday here and the staff sang me happy birthday and brought me a cake. 10/10 experience. Thank you Tejeprana, I will be staying here again during my next visit!

We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. Eri was superb as well as the other supportive staff. Our room was always left, clean and neat, with fruit and water left for us every day. In the evenings, the turndown service left a bedtime story and cookies on our bed. We can’t wait to come back! You will not be disappointed.
