503 very cold even with aircon off.
Minibar fridge very noisy (probably needs replaced). Kept waking us up over and over every night of our stay.
The pool waterfall is out of service - sad.
Older hotel, but still okay; not worth the price, in our opinion.
Maid and room service both excellent.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, the room was nice (we stayed in a spa suite) and it was quiet, though we had lots of noise from the street from our bathroom and we could hear the noise from the pool as well. The food selection on site was expensive and not tasty at all- we had three different meals there and it was not good. We did have a facial at the spa and that was lovely. Overall, the pool and the beach were lovely, but I don’t think I would book here again

It’s a perfect getaway for families and friends. Even though just one night but it is worth it. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here, especially if you make full use of the services they offer. I love how peaceful it is, it really helps you relax and unwind. The room was huge and the service is excellent.
