We liked generous space, cleanliness, peace and quiet, closeness to areas we visited.

Whenever we visit Osaka, we always choose Hotel Keihan because it’s right where Universal is, and the train station is a few steps away! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean, as well as the whole facility. They serve a variety of options at breakfast, and I give them 100% for the preparation and taste!

Reception staff were truly excellent from before we came to Japan with online questions that they helped with. During our stay nothing was a problem for them, they were so helpful throughout.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept the room clean. The location was convenient with quick subway access. Overall the place was great for a family of four.

The staff was wonderful.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Location is at walking distance from the main train station and close by to a local train station, close to shops and restaurants.
