We stayed at this property when visiting Puerto Rico last week. Beautiful hotel/resort. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The views from every angle were gorgeous and I loved the infinity pool. Our room was perfect and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very frendly ,the pool its was fantastic ,very clean but they need more entertainment at night

The resort is beautiful, but it’s overpriced and the food is just okay. Stayed two night and paid $46 when I left for the airport the 1st night. Customer service didn’t explain or tell me that parking was added daily but you can find and go unlimited In the pool area they have music playing but it’s all ENGLISH music…I heard maybe 3 Spanish songs at most in the two days I was there I expressed my concerns with them last summer as well. It’s PR why do they continue to play English music and old music at that not even current music . Also, in the mornings I was woken up by loud construction and I wasn’t able to sleep. The front desk should’ve informed me about the construction going on, or it should be on their site Last year when I checked in I was given complimentary champagne but this year I wasn’t so I figured they stopped doing it. Well I had gone over to the reception area to ask about the restaurants and I saw other people receiving champagne. I wondered why I wasn’t offered any or why they choose to not give it to certain people. I really do love the hotel for its views, the beach and my kids love the splash park but I don’t think I’ll be ever going back. It’s way overpriced. I’m on vacation in PR I want to hear Spanish music and have good food and drinks and go with the vibes but I couldn’t because all they did was play English music… The first night stay I got in at 4pm check-in, they offered activities for kids but that’s all during day before check in. The staff here are very respectful kind and accommodating. I had no issues whatsoever I even made new friends with the ladies I roomed with. I most definitely recommend staying here.

Very pretty the property

Property just as pictured. Could have been cleaner. Pool side loungers very stained and dirty. Bring your own towels they were very dingy and they offered no wash clothes (luckily brought my own). No ice machine on property must get it from bar, if open. There is also only one mirror inside the room and it is in the bathroom, which is not full length. Also no safe for valuables.
