Croatian Coast Kid friendly Vacations

Convenient location just outside the old city - walkable in just a few minutes. Accommodation was comfortable, with a fun split level layout to our family room. Staff were very helpful and accommodating of our slightly late arrival, and provided great information. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and nice to be able to eat outside.

We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. Even when we told them we were not happy they did nothing to make us feel better. We certainly will not stay there again. Staying there was a big letdown to end our trip with.

I booked this hotel because the Expedia site told me there was a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. No such shuttle exists! Our flight left Dubrovnik at 6:30 am - so we needed the shuttle for 4:15am. When we checked in, we told the woman at the front desk that we needed to use the 24-hour shuttle and she looked at us like we were crazy. She ordered us a taxi instead. Expedia should REMOVE the reference to the shuttle from their site - it's misleading and inaccurate.
