Palmer House is an excellent location. Plenty of restaurants, parks and shopping are nearby. The subway is just outside one of the exits. The hotel is huge, with exits to four different streets. A bar, restaurant, coffee shop, Starbucks and a sweet shop all convenient in the hotel area. I marked 4/5 starts only because of the size of our room. Tiny! So check with them if you need a larger space. Overall, a great trip.

Pillows are too soft.

That its location is walkable to shopping areas, near the Lake, and convenient stores. What we didn't like about the place is that anybody could come and go to any floors of the hotel wherein security is very linient to it's access, we even had a scary issue where somebody is kicking and trying to forcefully open our door, good thing is that we had a clear mind not to open it for our safety. We'll never come back here anymore

Overall very nice stay. My only complaint was the pillows. They were very flat and gave us all neck pain. Hopefully the hotel replaces them soon.

Great location. Average hotel. Nice that breakfast is included. Pool has steps for entry. Shower water pressure was good. However, there are no extra outlets for charging your phones or devices. Pack an extension cord amd unplug a lamp or two. Also, parking for the day of check out expires at 2pm. Friendly and helpful staff and was quiet.
