Gooa and clean decent size rooms and beds were also very conforthable as well as the bathrooms.
Excellent and very helpful team at the Reception, full marks for Ms. Shaurya at my check in, so very efficient and helped me in every way. Early check in was given without any delay, which normally does not happen at other places even if the rooms are vacant.
The concierge staff was also very good, breakfast was wxcellent and tasty as always.
Would be back soon. Loved my stay thanks to the team.

Hotel was good and staff was very friendly and respectful. I was traveling with my wife. We were not asked smoking or non smoking room. When we went to room very bad smell of smoke had little hard to breathe. We call the front desk to request a non smoking room. The person at the desk told us she will check with her manager and call us back. We waited for a little while when we didn't hear from the front desk we went down to the front desk and there was a person who immediately switched the room for us Looks like she was authorized to do so.

As a business traveller; I require a few basic things; cleaning and comfortable bedding; a good bathroom with a good shower and access to a some good dinning options. When I saw the price; I thought it was too good to be true for a 5 star hotel in New Delhi. It’s safe to say that it’s more of a 3.5 ~ 4 star hotel at best. It just does not have the vibe/facilities of a true five star hotel perhaps it’s because the building is so dated.
Would I stay again? … only because of pricing… not more.
