Excellent staff & location

We had a fantastic check in experience! Forgive me as I have forgotten the name of the gentleman who checked us in. We had a baby with us and arrived early so he worked to provide us with a room that was ready. We did not expect this but truly appreciated it. It really made our stay so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Baby was able to have a great nap! The city view was beautiful and it is very close to darling harbour and Chinatown. It was a little bit confusing trying to get there from convention light rail station. Head into the carpark, catch the lift to level 4 then turn left and follow the green line and pass through the footbridge! Amenities are as advertised but the rooms could do with a little face lift. Overall a great stay

Well I loved the convenience to the airport but i have stayed few times and over th years i have seen a decline in service and cleanliness of the place and the price they asking its a bit much and just got to comment on the foyer restaurant it was flat out and they only had 2 staff serving in the bar which was pretty sad

Great stay, the reception staff were amazing. Room was super spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Didn’t notice much noise from outside which was great. I didn’t realise each tower has its own pool and one of the pools shown on the listing we didn’t get to use which was a shame and a tad misleading. Overall I would stay back at peppers.

We had a lovely stay at Pepper Soul. Whilst travelling up the coastal route from Sydney. We had a 1 bed appt on 32nd floor with an ocean view which was spotless. An added bonus was washing machine and dryer to help our onward travels with limited luggage for our holiday duration. We did surf lessons whilst there and used the Tram to go towards Burley for some lovely restaurants.
