Room was clean and beautiful as shown on pictures.

Pool and hot tub had been listed as amenities but were closed. They offered the amenities at a sister hotel about one mile away. The bathroom sink did not drain well. No towels available at the gym. The front desk staffers were friendly and helpful.

Spotless room, easy checkin and minutes walk from terminal

We had a really nice stay at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. The location is unbeatable — especially for New Year’s Eve. Watching the fireworks from the area was amazing, and the neighborhood itself is lively with the beach, shops, and restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easy. Another big plus is the food scene — there are so many good places to eat right next door and within a short walk. A couple of minor issues: the curtain in the master bedroom was slightly torn, letting in early morning sunlight and affecting our sleep, and the dishwasher had a few dirty dishes left inside when we arrived. Overall, these were small things in an otherwise great stay.

The card reader was a big problem getting out of the car park and also using the lift to the room.The design of the car park made getting in or out of the car park almost impossible. The engineers of this place should have been fired. The food was ok but the room needs to be a bit more cooler. This place needs a bit of money to bring it up to standard. The interior corridor painted white resembled more of a classroom. The room was ok.

Our stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort Gold Coast was truly outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. The pool area is absolutely sensational and quickly became a favourite for our family. The buffet breakfast was simply wonderful, with an impressive variety and excellent quality, a big shout-out to the chefs for their fantastic work. There is no shortage of things to do within the resort, making it easy to relax, unwind, and stay entertained without even needing to leave the property. We genuinely loved every moment of our stay and cannot wait to return next year for our holidays. We will absolutely be recommending RACV Royal Pines Resort to all our family and friends. Friendly staff, most helpful. Laundry/Kitchen are clean and equipment/facilities are easy to access. Will recommend people to stay with them.

hotel is close to restaurant, 5 min walk to train , close to Chinatown, I had to wait long time 9AM to 3:PM for check in because of the rooms not ready. every thing else were ok.
