Close to shops and trams. Had to purchase coffee/tea as advised on entry paper they will not restock. Same applies to bathroom soaps (only 2 tiny bars).

This is not a hotel, check-in terrible no help, customer service is not good.

Always know the bedding will be comfortable and standard of cleanliness acceptable. Just wish there were more kitchen facilities,played,dishes cookware...some complimentary foil and foodwrap would be useful.. Parking is always a bonus ...

Really awesome location, so close to everything especially Coles and Woolworths. We loved our room, it was really spacious and had an awesome view and great wrap-around balcony. Had our own washing machine and dryer which was really handy. There’s no housekeeping unless you’re there for over 8 nights but we just washed and dried our own towels. Would absolutely come again, our kids loved it and how close we were to all the shops. The only downside was (which wasn’t even a big deal though) was that you could smell dog next door but only when we entered our room or come out of the lift. I think the dog living next door would mark their territory by peeing on the side of the door where it lives, but otherwise a great experience.

We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!

Breakfast take too long to get a sit and when you finally get a table there we’re not food on display

Everything was easy and professional. Plenty of dinning options and easy free parking. Love this place.

Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom. Clean room but the cutlery wasn’t clean when we got there. Had to wash it all before we used it. After that, the stay as great, no other complaints. KM CANADA🇨🇦
