We had a wonderful family vacation at Sofitel Dubai Downtown. I had multiple rooms booked, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Claire at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our requests during check-in. Santosh from the concierge team also assisted us during our stay. He was super helpful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the hot and humid days, and the lifeguard on duty was incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and close to all the attractions Dubai has to offer. If you’re visiting the mall, the Burj Khalifa, or any other major attractions, this hotel is the perfect place to stay. Claire is an asset to the company, being very helpful to the guests.

Great small trip. Great hotel

We were on a non smoking floor and yet there was constant smoking smells which is horrible for those of us who are allergic to this.. The WHOLE PROPERTY SHOULD BE NO SMOKING!!! these apartments are looking very shabby, definitely need a big renovation!!! Pool was nice.. Close to business bay metro. Kitchen had no sponge, no dish soap , no tea towels, which is strange since there was a kitchen to cook in ...how do you wash the dishes without soap etc? I did ask the second day and it was supplied but this should be the essential! Will NOT be staying here again.

I had a good stay overall. Although there was a small issue at the beginning, the way the Director handled everything made all the difference. A special thank you to Mohammad from the housekeeping team. He was kind, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. The entire housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping my room spotless and making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
