Fire could have been lit in the bar considering how cold it was, prices of breakfast and other meals were so exhorbitant I ate elsewhere, especially after the room service card I put outside my door for breakfast was not even collected by staff.

The check in was satisfactory, clean hotel and professional staff. The location stood out, conveniently located across Brussels Midi Train Station & a 10min walk to Old Town, shopping area and restaurants

Very nice hotel. The ambiance from the inside is excellent. You think you are in a small.castle. wood, lights and chimney everywhere. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine, not too many choices but is above the average of what you will expect. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Just a walking distance from the grande place.

Good location for Central Brussels and the train station. Lovely hotel all round. Bedrooms very warm though and the shower wasn’t very powerful.

Unfortunately, the hotel felt quite cold and impersonal. Breakfast was okay, good quality food but lacked variety. Overall approach of staff felt very rigid with little flexibility. Simple requests were met with disdain. We were also unhappy with the lack of transparency around additional charges, as well as misleading claims regarding the access and availability of spa facilities. Despite this hotel is clean and comfortable with large spacious rooms. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer; shopping, restaurants etc.

Very friendly staff. Walking distance from most places. Excellent on-site restaurants and bar.

Hotel is fantastic in every way. Menu is slightly limited for me but that’s just personal taste.

Great hotel, and location. Room was tidy and staff were really helpful.

The staff was amazing and the service was impeccable. I never had to lift a finger or want for anything. Beautiful accommodations.

Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day. Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

Hotel is obviously a heritage building and older, we enjoyed our stay though, for the price and the location it's hard to beat especially considering in Amsterdam why would you be spending much time in the hotel anyways
