Came to the hotel staff wasn’t helpful its was late left me and my children waiting at desk for 2 hours to check in. We was told we was going to be on the lower ground for the children and we was on the top floor. There was also rats outside the hotel. My children were crying. Absolutely disgraceful. Wasn’t helpful speaking English didn’t explain nothing to me just talking in French and saying do not understand .
