Dear Management, I recently stayed at your property for my birthday. As a returning visitor to New Orleans, I was eager to treat myself, but my experience was deeply disappointing for a hotel under the Crowne Plaza brand. While the lobby is beautiful, the room was unkempt and severely run-down. Key Issues: Room Condition: The curtains were heavily stained, the mirrors were dingy, part of the closet door was broken, and the bathroom door was painted over without being cleaned. Bathroom: Though the water pressure was great and the bathroom looked newer, the cloth shower liner leaked water onto the floor during every use. Communication Breakdown: When our smoke detector chirped due to a low battery, the front desk didn't answer for two hours. I had to call six times from my personal cell phone just to get through. I want to highlight that your staff was wonderful and the maintenance team handled the issue quickly once notified. However, the lack of front desk response during a safety issue and the dirty, poorly maintained room made for a very discouraging birthday trip. Your property needs a genuine, thorough renovation to match brand standards. Sincerely, A Disappointed Guest

Le Pavillon is a beautiful hotel, impressive and grand lobby and a beautiful bar back. Note the fabulous chandeliers and the orchids! Guest room was well appointed and aesthetically quite pleasing. Check-in and check out simple and straightforward at the hands of welding staff. Definitely worth a revisit.

Front desk staff not very friendly. The tv does not have a shut off. Had to un plug it. No ice bucket and ice machine not working.
