Le Pavillon is a beautiful hotel, impressive and grand lobby and a beautiful bar back. Note the fabulous chandeliers and the orchids! Guest room was well appointed and aesthetically quite pleasing. Check-in and check out simple and straightforward at the hands of welding staff. Definitely worth a revisit.

If you like to enjoy the proximity to the French quarter and be to a waking distance to most of the attractions but at the same time you want a tranquility at night and not people walking 24/7 in front of your hotel this is the right place. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. The have some foreign students working there that went above and beyond in the service. I’ll definitely be back

Staff were helpful. Room was a disappointment. Toilet ran from time we arrived and barely flushed so had to use the lobby. Informed night staff the same night and Saturday, yet no one came. Room smelled of wet dog and Fritos. Bathroom shower door water stripping and back wall grout (about eye level) had black mold & glass shelf under sink was filthy with rust and slime. Guests on same floor were excessively loud in room next to us as were in the hallway every evening up through 1:00am, even Friday with an argument that lasted 10 minutes. Rooftop was not open either. We chose the Le Pavillon because we enjoy staying in the CBD & most of the Tribute properties exceed our expectations over other Bonvoy properties. This weekend was supposed to be an incredibly special time for us and it was a let down to say the least as it related to our return each day to the hotel.

Upon arrival property was clean, the valet was professional and helpful. The front desk personnel "Shannon & Aston" were very helpful and made our stay an enjoyable memory!! The lobby was very absolutely beautiful. Once entering the room everything was beautiful!! The only thing we would add would be a tub and shower, not just the shower. A nice soak after touring New Orleans would be a nice way to end the evening!! Thank You.

We have wanted to stay here for a while and finally booked. From the second we set foot on their property we were impressed. Before I give our experience, I have to take a second to say how BEAUTIFUL this property is. The furniture, the artwork, the wallpaper, all GORGEOUS. It’s a very well maintained historic building. The whole experience from checking in to checking out was top notch. Not one detail missed. We were greeted, offered waters and given a room as soon as we arrived. Our room was spacious and decorated beautifully. The hallway to our room, on the 5th floor, was beautiful. We spent some time at the bar and felt like we were at home. Both bartenders knew their bar, had great conversation and entertained us. Everyone at the bar felt like they were having a special/personal experience. Checking out was a breeze, they even kept our bags for us so we could go eat breakfast. The staff were all fast and friendly. We cannot wait for our next stay.
