I had a couple of small issues with the cleaning services team, for example, hair conditioner dispenser wasn't changed on time, ect. but in general the services were good. The location of the hotel is amazing, very beautiful and clean inside of the lobby. My family felt really restful and enjoyable in this hotel while the price is quite expensive but I think it's worth to stay in this hotel. The hotel has wonderful activity for kids, my daughter - teenager really loved it. My husband had his birthday during our stay, it was really wonderful that the hotel organized a bottle of sparking wine, piece of cake and balloons in the room. Wonderful hotel, I highly recommend it if you want to stay in the hear of London and enjoy London.
