Very good would stay again

Good location, 5 mins walk to shopping and transport hub,

Our room was small but quite sufficient as we were out most of the time. The bathroom was small but served it's purpose well. Our room, though on the 9th floor, was on the railway side so you could hear the trains. An easy solution, sleeping was earplugs. The a/c was perfect and allowed for a cool room for sleeping. This property was convenient and getting the train was a short walk to Shiodome Station. Hamankyu Garden is worth a stroll and very close by, entry is ¥300. The staff were all helpful and happy to assist.

Did not honor my platinum level because i booked via expedia. I did not like it. My status was earned, irrespective of which rate i am paying during my stay.

The hotel was very clean. They clean our room and provided us with fresh towels everyday. They even provided us with PJs and slippers. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is pleasant, speaks English, clean & fresh room , bath supplies are great (even bath salt and face care), breakfast is wonderful , one of the best hotel experience, high recommend!
