Took a while to figure out the airport shuffle to hotel.

We arrived on an extremely hot day during a heatwave, but the hotel’s air conditioning wasn’t working, and the AC in our room was broken as well. We had to spend a terribly hot first night there until we were moved to another room the next day. To make matters worse, the room phone didn't connect to the front desk, and one of the elevators was broken, making it exhausting just to go in and out of the hotel. The attitude of one receptionist was also disappointing, and our stay started off terribly.However, Joseph from the staff saved our family trip with his truly exceptional hospitality. If it weren't for Joseph, we probably would have changed hotels. He is an outstanding member of the staff! Additionally, the room cleaning staff were all incredibly sweet and kind.While the hotel's facilities and certain service aspects need major improvement, we are deeply grateful to Joseph and the housekeeping team for their warmth.

ヒースローのターミナル近くなので早朝便の際の前泊で利用しました。空港まで徒歩は難しいですが、バスやuberですぐの距離でとても便利です。
