We had a smooth and comfortable stay, Vanessa and the team was awesome, Vanessa is very professional and easy to communicate, she helped us from check in to check out, she even helped us with our luggages when we came early and secure it until check in in time. Room, linen and blankets are clean. I will definitely recommend it.

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services
For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though.
