View from restaurant and bar is very nice, the room balcony on 4th floor pretty good too. Staff are wonderfully attentive, even as a lone traveller made to feel important and house keeping excellent. The spa is brilliant, had 2 massages over 2 night stay, one of the most relaxing ever.

Did not use the spa or have any pets.
After some confusion regarding the booking for a room with a walk in shower we were moved to one next door that did have - this took 24 hours and would have been much better if we had been given this first as it was requested due to mobility problems for my wife. added a little stress that we could have done without.
