Great central location & spacious. Upgraded to 2 bed 2 bath on arrival for extra $ but only one shower at a time as the other would be cold. Heater didn't work & was quite noisy.

I had 2 double rooms side by side on level 4
one room was perfect clean and well maintained
Other had issues with shower screen that would fall off the top and had a mould around the base
Rooms were generally quiet was woken by yahoos in the adjacent laneway as it echoed upwards however no tram noise
Large fridge microwave and dishwasher with good utensils
Would stay here again close to Southern Cross station and tram stop
